BJP Mysuru district president Kumbralli Subbanna has accused the state government of being anti-people and anti-farmer.
Addressing newsmen at the BJP office here on Tuesday, Subbanna said while Karnataka requires 6.3 lakh metric tonnes of fertiliser, the Central government has supplied 8.73 lakh metric tonnes, significantly more than the state's demand. "Instead of distributing the surplus 2.43 lakh metric tonnes to farmers, the state government is selling the same in the black market," he alleged. Subbanna also claimed that over 3,400 farmers have
