IMMENSE sewage flow and garbage dumping have left the Panthalkudi canal in its poorest condition, say the public.
Though Chief Minister MK Stalin, after inspecting the canal, urged officials to expedite the restoration process, the works are yet to be started by the department concerned in Madurai, they add.
