IndusInd chairman Mehta steps down; Basu to succeed

PRIVATE sector lender IndusInd Bank has said its nonexecutive chairman and director Sunil Mehta (Pic) will step down on January 30 on completion of his tenure.
He will be succeeded by Arijit Basu, who will take over as an additional director and parttime chairman for three years from January 31 ending January 30, 2029. The lender on Friday said the appointment was approved by its board based on the nod from the RBI, and recommendations made
