Sabarimala airport will become reality, boost connectivity: CM

KERALA Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Wednesday reiterated the government's promise to make the Sabarimala Airport project a reality, while highlighting the development strides made during his tenure.
Speaking at a district-level meeting in Pathanamthitta to mark the fourth anniversary of his government's second term, the chief minister detailed the state's transformation since 2016.
While reaffirming his government's commitment to the development of Pathanamthitta's hilly regions, which face unique challenges, Pinarayi assured residents that the government would stand by them to resolve their issues and emphasised that the proposed Sabarimala Airport project would significantly boost regional connectivity and the local economy.
