Centre Launches Climate-Resilient Projects in Fishing Villages

As part of efforts to address climate change impacts, the Union government has initiated various projects in selected fishing villages.
As part of the project, the Union government has undertaken Thottapally and Arattupuzha fishing villages of the district. Union Minister for State for Fisheries George Kurian visited the villages to evaluate the development activities.

3 IPS officers suspended in R G Kar rape-murder case
