The Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court on Wednesday dismissed as withdrawn a fresh PIL seeking cancellation of the citizenship of the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, and a ban on his foreign travel during the pendency of the case.
