LOOKOUT NOTICE ISSUED
TIGHTENING the noose around Rahul Mamkootathil, the police slapped non-bailable charges, including rape and forced termination of pregnancy, against him early Friday even as the Congress MLA remained untraceable.
The police have issued a lookout notice against Rahul, assuming that he might try to escape via airports. Meanwhile, the survivor has recorded her secret statement before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Neyyattinkara.
