Founded in 1965 with the sole aim of providing employment opportunities to the youth of Ernakulam, Little Flower Engineering Institute (LFEI), Kalamassery, has transformed itself into a nationally recognised institution for technical training and skill development.
Over the past six decades, LFEI has evolved to meet the changing needs of industry and society, offering not just job-oriented training but also shaping responsible, disciplined professionals ready for both Indian and global markets.
Raft of Training ProgrammesThe institute today offers a wide range of programmes, including NCVT-certified ITI courses, and Advanced Training Programmes for upskilling and reskilling, in collaboration with the Additional Skill Acquisition Programme (ASAP) of the Kerala Government. These programmes are tailored to meet the growing demand for skilled labour in core engineering trades as well as new-age industries.
