TCS Rolls Out 4-7% Salary Increase for Employees

INDIA'S largest IT services company, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), on Tuesday rolled out salary hikes of 4.5-7% for the majority of its employees, effective September 1.

In early August, TCS had announced hikes for 80% of its workforce, just days after declaring plans to lay off 12,000 employees—about 2% of its global headcount.
