House votes to sanction ICC for warrant against Bibi

THE US House of Representatives on Thursday voted to sanction the International Criminal Court over its arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

"America is passing this law because a kangaroo court is seeking to arrest the prime minister of our great ally, Israel," Representative Brian Mast, Republican chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, said.
As many as 45 Democrats joined 198 Republicans in backing the bill, Reuters reported.
The ICC expressed concerns over the bill.
