'Creative Corner' to provide students a new platform to showcase talent

THE Creative Corner initiative, launched in 35 schools across the district under the Strengthening Teaching-Learning and Results for States (STARS) project, is gaining attention for offering upper primary students a new platform to showcase their talents and approach learning creatively.
Launched in collaboration with the Cochin University of Science and Technology, the programme includes hands-on classes in various fields, including carpentry, fashion design, culinary arts, agriculture, electronics, and electricals, giving students practical exposure alongside academic development.
These curriculum-based classes, conducted in 10 sessions, are offered completely free of cost.
