POCSO court judge also sentences the second accused in the case to 10 years rigorous imprisonment
ADDITIONAL District and Sessions Court (POCSO Court) has sentenced a man to rigorous life imprisonment for sexually assaulting a minor girl and attempting to kill her relative.
The court also gave 10 years of rigorous imprisonment to the second accused in the case.
In a press note released issued here on Tuesday, Special Public Prosecutor Shantaveer Tuppad has said that Ravi (21), son of Bhavuraya Rathod, who is a resident of a tanda coming under the jurisdiction of Fartabad police station on the outskirts of Kalaburagi, brought a minor girl of the same locality to his house on March 14, 2022 and sexually assaulted her.
