Khwaja Dargah Nasheen Calls For Effective 371(J) Rollout In KK

THE Sajjada Nasheen of Khwaja Banda Nawaz Dargah, Syed Muhammad Ali Al Hussaini has given a call for a united struggle by all sections of the society for the effective implementation of the benefits of Article 371 (J) and forcing the government to correct all the anomalies in the implementation of the provisions of the Article 371 (J) to achieve the desired result of overcoming the backwardness of the Kalyana Karnataka region.

Replying to the felicitation by the Kalyana Karnataka Horata Samiti in the city on Saturday on his elevation as the Sajjada Nasheen of the Dargah and appointment as the president of the Karnataka Waqf Board, Hussaini noted the serious apprehensions expressed by the speaker and said that all these issues can be solved through the united struggle of all the sections of the society. He was happy to note that representatives from different educational institutions and social workers have come together under one umbrella and taken up the issues about the anomalies in the implementation of the provisions of Article 371 (J).
