Five girls from Sharnbasva varsity bag IEEE scholarship

FIVE students of the Faculty of Engineering Technology (Exclusively for Women) (FETW) at the Sharnbasva University, made the varsity proud by bagging the prestigious Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) Women in Engineering (WIE) scholarship of Rs 50,000 each for the academic year 2024-25 under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of the Quest Global Singapore-based software major.

This is the second successive year that students of FETW won this scholarship. Around 11 students bagged a scholarship of Rs 50,000 each in the academic year 2023-24. These students who bagged the scholarship during 2024-25 were among the 388 students selected to receive the scholarship from the different Engineering Colleges in Karnataka, Maharashtra and Kerala.
