DCC Bank Records Net Profit of ₹33.11 Cr; Farmers Highest Borrowers

THE Belagavi District Central Cooperative (DCC) Bank recorded a net profit of Rs 33.11 crore and has a share capital of Rs 303 crore for the current fiscal, according to the bank's Chairman Appasaheb Kulagudde.
Addressing a press conference in the city on Thursday, he stated that the bank is progressing year by year and earning significant profits, thereby gaining the trust of farmers and customers. Since he assumed office as the chairman, notable development has occurred within just five months, he said. The bank's financial figures are as follows: Total deposits Rs 6,087 crore, external borrowings Rs 1,664 crore, investments Rs 2,276 crore, member loans Rs 5,893 crore, net profit Rs 33.11 crore, working capital Rs 8,593 crore, and gross NPA stands at 2.07 per cent.
