DC office project revised, estimate is ₹55 cr

The work may start in a month once the sub-registrar's office & CEN police station are shifted

THE office of the Deputy Commissioner (DC) will be constructed at the existing locations only, without creating any harm to the existing heritage buildings with an estimated cost of Rs 55 crore, which are sanctioned by PWD, district-in-charge minister Satish Jarkiholi.

Multiple plans were made including site inspections for the new state-of-the-art building for the district head quarters of DC office from the past two years. Moreover, a 3D plan of the five floor building to be constructed at the cost of Rs 200 crore was also made.
