A national level rally of the Congress party, titled 'Jai Bapu, Jai Bhim, Jai Samvidhan' will be held as part of the year-long Gandhi Bharat event of the party at CPED Ground in Belagavi on January 21. Briefing about the rally in Belagavi on Friday, AICC General Secretary Randeep Singh Surjewala said that most of the top Congress leaders from across the country including Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge will take part in the event.
