Transaction advisors to help HMDA enhance revenue collection

Agency to recruit operators for facilities like PACE centres, food courts & parking

VARIOUS public infrastructure projects under the Buddha Purnima Project (BPP), a functional unit of the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA), are not generating adequate revenues due to several factors.

To address this, HMDA plans to optimise revenue streams by engaging transaction advisors to assist in selecting operators for these projects. The objective is to ensure continuity of services for the public, improve efficiency and generate revenue without compromising sustainability.

The HMDA is seeking operators for several key activities, including the installation, operation, and maintenance of parties, amusements, conventions and events (PACE) facilities on one acre at Sanjeevaiah Park.
