HIMACHAL Pradesh Institute of Public Administration (HIPA) will be renamed after former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said while presiding over the 50th anniversary celebrations of the HIPA in Shimla on Wednesday.

Addressing the occasion, the Chief Minister lauded Dr Singh's policies for greatly promoting the development of India and Himachal Pradesh, saying that his efforts brought many benefits and recognition to the state.
