Two held for assaulting TNSTC bus conductor

THE city police arrested two persons for allegedly assaulting a government bus conductor.
They were identified as P Gokul (28) of Maruthamalai Nagar and S Praveen Kumar (26) of Sulur. Police said the complainant R Anand (35) of Valparai is a conductor with TNSTC. On Tuesday morning, he was on duty on the Valparai-Ukkadam bus route in the city.
