WITH frequent complaints from the public on mounds of garbage, foul smell, and dumping of debris at Sudhamanagar ward near Godwad Bhavan, the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) reached out to Youth for Parivarthan, an NGO to fix the issues, clear blackspot and beautify the surroundings.
