Wanna own gears of Paralympians? Auction of PM mementos begins today

THE sixth edition of the auction of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's mementos provides an opportunity to grab footwear and sports gears used by the Indian medallists of recently concluded Paris Paralympics.
The highest priced mementos up for sale are a pair of spike shoes presented to the PM by silver medallist javelin thrower Ajeet Singh Yadav, para-athlete Simran Sharma, and high jumper Nishad Kumar as well as a signed cap of silver medallist Sharad Kumar -- all priced around ₹2.86 lakh.
Badminton racket of Paralympics bronze medallist Nithya Sre Sivan and shuttler Sukant Kadam and discus of the silver medallist Yogesh Khatuniya have been priced at ₹5.50 lakh.
