A 24-year-old engineering graduate from a Chennai College, self-trained in editing photos and videos, who was the creator of the deepfake video of actor Rashmika Mandanna that took the social media by storm in October last year, has been arrested from his native place in Guntur in Andhra Pradesh by Delhi Police.
