SBI plans to raise ₹25,000 cr via QIP to boost common equity tier 1 capital

STATE BANK OF INDIA (SBI) is looking to raise ₹25,000 crore through a qualified institutional placement (QIP) of shares and has roped in six investment bankers for the biggest QIP deal in India Inc and the first share sale in eight years.
