PWD spl secy arrested over teen suicide in Arunachal

ARUNACHAL Pradesh IAS officer Talo Potom, named by a 19-year-old in his suicide note alleging sexual harassment, was arrested on Monday after he surrendered.
Potom, posted as special secretary in the Public Works Department, Government of Delhi, was in his home state Arunachal on leave. He is an officer of Arunachal Pradesh Civil Services who got promoted to IAS.
