THE Karnataka police were left red-faced after a video of a top cop ina compromising position with a woman in his office during duty hours went viral on Monday.
Director General of Police (DGP) K Ramachandra Rao, heading the Directorate of Civil Rights Enforcement (DCRE), was caught on camera while allegedly engaging in an intimate act with a woman while he was in uniform.
