Army docs on standby for nuke emergency

AROUND 100 officers from the medical corps of the Indian Army have been deployed at four central hospitals to deal with medical emergencies that may arise due to the threat of Chemical, Biological, Radiation, and Nuclear (CBRN) disasters during G20 Summit, according to officials.
Four teams of the Army Medical Corps have set up their bases at AIIMS, Safdarjung, Ram Manohar Lohia, and Army Research and Referral Hospital, officials told this newspaper.
