UNION Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday said Adi Shankaracharya reshaped Indian philosophy in a lifespan of only 32 years and spread the message of Sanatan Dharma across the country.
Releasing Shankaracharya’s ‘Granthavali’ in Gujarati, Shah said the complete works of the 8th-century scholar of Advaita Vedanta, published in 15 volumes, said it symbolised how “India’s ancient wisdom is once again reaching the common people in their mother tongue.” He said that with this series, “the knowledge of Adi Shankaracharya is now available at the fingertips of Gujarati youth.” He underlined that translating and compiling Shankaracharya’
