Address funds crunch, MCD top official told

THE Delhi High Court on Friday directed the MCD Commissioner to meet the Delhi Chief Secretary to address the financial crunch faced by the civic body.
The direction came while the court was hearing a suo motu matter related to flooding in a residential colony.
