IS former chief minister Arvind Kejriwal eyeing a Rajya Sabha seat from Punjab? Speculation is rife that Rajya Sabha MP Sanjeev Arora may be the party's candidate for the upcoming bypoll in the Ludhiana (West) Assembly seat.
