THE INDIA bloc on Tuesday released its manifesto for the Jharkhand Assembly polls, promising the Sarna religion code for tribals, while guaranteeing Khatian-based domicile policy to woo the natives.
The two-phase polls for the 81-member Jharkhand Assembly are due on November 13 and 20. The JMM-led alliance also promised 10 lakh jobs to the youth and also a separate Backward Class welfare ministry for the community.
