Share Sycamore Gap memories

A TV production company is looking for people to share their memories of the Sycamore Gap tree for a documentary on its felling.

Last year, it was announced that Candour Productions would make a two-part documentary, with the working title of “Slaying at Sycamore Gap”.

In May, two men were found guilty of carrying out a “moronic mission” to chop down the tree in September 2023. On July 15, Daniel Graham, 39, and Adam Carruthers, 33, both from Cumbria, will be sentenced for causing criminal damage to the tree and Hadrian's Wall.
