NEWCASTLE United or Chelsea are yet to make a concrete offer for Joao Pedro with Brighton & Hove Albion understood to be open to negotiations.

So far, a figure of £60m has been mooted for the 23-year-old Brazil international, with intermediaries relaying numbers to both the Blues and the Magpies. Pedro, pictured, remains on holiday but Brighton supremo Tony Bloom is open to offers.
