Fire and security tech firm makes fifth acquisition in just 12 months

ACQUISITIVE Tyneside fire safety and security tech business ABCA Systems has acquired its fifth company in 12 months.
ABCA Systems, which is based at Cobalt Business Park, has bought North London-based Raam Construction, in an undisclosed deal.
The established Enfield firm offers passive fire protection, general building works, maintenance and repairs and refurbishment works to clients in social housing, education, local government and healthcare.
