Tyneside employer Northern Gas and Power has said it plans to expand by establishing a new office in the UAE.Global Procurement Group - which trades in the UK as Northern Gas and Power - provides differentsized businesses with specialist services in energy procurement, energy management and real-time energy analysis.

Its services allow firms to respond to issues across their business energy portfolio, cutting costs and carbon emissions.

Its subsidiary ClearVUE Business Limited also provides tailored consulting solutions, carbon reduction strategies, and advanced software tools to support businesses in achieving their energy efficiency and sustainability goals.

The company's workforce has grown at a rapid rate since its launch as a one-man company in 2013 by founder Fokhrul Islam.
