Christmas market set to be a growing attraction

NEWCASTLE Christmas Market is coming back bigger for 2025, with its space being expanded into a new city centre location, as more traders are invited to be involved. The full dates for this year have also been revealed.

With each passing day, more and more events are being confirmed for the festive season.

Newcastle City Council have now unveiled their plans for this Christmas, including the anticipated return of Newcastle Christmas Market from November 15 to December 23.

And this year, as well as being at its usual home of Monument and Grainger Street, it will also extend into Nelson Street, which council chiefs say will ‘provide a natural and improved link’ to the Grainger Market and additional space for traders specialising in fresh and festive produce.
