Cats forward pens long-term contract

ELIEZER Mayenda has been rewarded for his impressive form at Sunderland by signing a new long-term contract.
After a memorable breakthrough season, the striker has now committed his future to the club until 2030.
Mayenda scored 10 goals and contributed five assists last campaign, playing an integral role as Regis Le Bris' side returned to the Premier League.
He joined the Black Cats from Sochaux on a five-year contract in 2023 and was loaned out to Scottish Premiership club Hibernian in February 2024.
