Tourist arrivals continue to grow

Sri Lanka has recorded a total of 806,181 tourist arrivals from 01 January to 15 April, 2024, according to the latest data released by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority (SLTDA).
The first half of April alone saw 73,915 international visitors, highlighting continued growth in the country's tourism sector. India, the United Kingdom, Russia, Germany, and Australia emerged as the top five source markets during this period.
