SLYCAN Trust, a key advocate for climate resilience, hosted a stakeholder meeting on June 5 in Colombo to present draft Multi-Actor Partnership (MAP) guidelines under its Climate and Disaster Risk Management and Finance initiative.

The event emphasised the need for collaborative, inclusive approaches to tackle climate challenges, with the MAP guidelines serving as a strategic tool to enhance coordination, risk finance mechanisms, and insurance solutions across Sri Lanka’s food systems, tourism, and apparel sectors, with entrepreneurship as a cross-cutting theme.
