Bevin, Thenusha guide Richmond to final

Punal Hansajith, Bevin Jayawardhana and Tenura Nimsara made valuable contributions to repair the initial damage done by Gurukula bowlers and help Richmond book a berth in the Under 19 Division I Tier A tournament final on Friday.

Chasing a target of 175 runs to win Richmond lost four wickets for 30 runs, but sensible contributions from Hansajith Jayawardhana and Nimsara helped them ease nerves. Richmond reached the win need with eight overs to spare at Boyagane.
