Human growth is primarily governed by genetics, nutrition, overall health and hormones produced naturally by the body. For children and adolescents, steady growth depends on adequate calories, balanced meals, sleep and physical activity. When these basics are met, the body usually does what it is programmed to do. No powder or pill can override genetic potential in any meaningful way.
