OUTLINE PLANNING PERMISSION IS GIVEN FOR DEMOLITION TO BEGIN
PLANS for a new housing estate in a Huddersfield village have taken a step forward.
Kirklees Council has granted outline planning permission for the demolition of an industrial premises off Bankfield Lane in Kirkheaton and eight homes to be built in its place. With the permission being “outline”, with all matters reserved, further details around things like site layout, house designs, highways and landscaping will need to be agreed before the development can go ahead.
