SKY'S THE LIMIT FOR TOWN, SAYS RUBEN

HUDDERSFIELD Town defender Ruben Roosken believes that the 'only way is up' for his side following their recent victories registered prior to the international break.

- By STEPHEN PAGE

The Terriers return to League One action at Mansfield Town tomorrow tasked with building on their wins against the Stags and Plymouth Argyle, in the EFL Trophy and the league respectively, which were achieved before the two-week gap in their schedule.

Prior to those victories, Town had registered five consecutive defeats in all competitions, leaving Lee Grant's side out of the playoff places and with work to do to move back into the promotion picture.

The Terriers sit tenth in League One, on 22 points from 14 matches played, while the Stags are in ninth spot, above Town on goal difference.

Reflecting on the campaign so far and recent results, Roosken said at Wednesday's press conference: “It feels like I've played a whole season already to be fair, a lot has happened - new gaffer came in, basically a whole new team came in.

“To be fair, my feeling has been good. Of course the results can be better, but the feeling in the group is alright, and I think the only way is up at this point.
