Would anyone want my old photos?

I DON'T have children, so I would never have imagined my phone would be full of baby photos.

- JUDI SPIERS

But in the last 18 months two nieces, a great niece and a goddaughter have all had 'em and Aunty Judi gets every moment from first smile to first... well, you don’t need know that! I’m not sure I did to be honest.

Trouble is, what do you do with them? The pictures that is, not the babies. In fact, ALL pictures.

Years ago with ‘proper’ photos you could frame a few and if you were very well organised you'd put them in an album.

In my case, you'd shove ‘em in a drawer with the intention of one wet cold November afternoon settling down in front of the fire with a vast picture frame, scissors and glue and making a fabulous montage of those ‘special’ moments in your life! First problem would be laying hands on scissors in our house.

Well, it hasn’t happened yet and I doubt if it ever will but I have at least started sorting the hundreds of photographs into different categories and putting them in clearly marked envelopes.
