What a week it has been for Plymouth Albion and Argyle!
The Herald
|February 15, 2025
WHAT a week of sport we have had! Plymouth is well and truly on the map, in both football and rugby.
-
Albion kicked off the good news with a gruelling win over London-based Blackheath last Saturday.
In the last minutes of the game, we were 19-19 and with Albion down to 13 men having been shown a yellow card and a red.
But pure grit and determination saw the boys push Blackheath to concede another penalty, meaning our golden boy, Tom Putt, could go for the posts and seal the win for the boys in yellow and blue, 22-19.
