A WOMAN who lost more than 40% of her bodyweight has revealed how she undertook her weightloss challenge in honour of her late brother.

Rachel, who is 41, has shed more than 40kg, or 6st.

This year marks 10 years since her younger brother, Matt, died of leukaemia at the age of 23. Along with her twin sister Cath, Rachel recently cut her hair to raise awareness and money in Matt's memory.
