Plymstock Oaks miss out on a place in Cup Final

OKEHAMPTON WIN A THRILLER WHILE IT’S DISAPPOINTMENT FOR IVYBRIDGE AS WELL AT EXMOUTH

PLYMSTOCK Oaks went down 40-35 at home to Okehampton in a fastand-furious Devon Intermediate Cup semifinal.

Plymstock, last season's losing finalists against Torquay Athletic, were handicapped by pre-match selection issues, which were further impacted by losing starters Lewis Paterson and Sean Wills in the pre-match warm-up.

Prop Wills was ruled out totally. Paterson was able to sit on the bench and came on as a second-half replacement.

The scoring went tit-for-tat in the first half, which ended with Okehampton 14-13 ahead.
