CURTIS CAN'T WAIT TO RUN OUT FOR HIS HOME PARK DEBUT

RONAN Curtis has made an encouraging early impact after signing for Plymouth Argyle this month - and he has not even pulled on a green shirt for his new club yet.

Both of his games so far have been away from Home Park, with his debut coming when the Pilgrims wore their all-black away kit and beat Bristol Rovers 4-3 in a dramatic Vertu Trophy round of 16 tie at the Memorial Stadium last Tuesday.

Curtis had assists for three of the goals - one from a corner and another couple of crosses - as Argyle advanced to the quarterfinals.

The 29-year-old attacking player, signed from Port Vale earlier this month, impressed again as the Pilgrims, this time in their pink third strip, went to Peterborough United, the form team in League One, on Saturday and beat them 1-0.
