Dog walkers urged to avoid Plymouth fields

WARNING AFTER ONE PET DIES AND ANOTHER IS TAKEN SERIOUSLY ILL
A DOG walking firm is warning owners to beware of potential danger at a popular spot in Plymstock after a dog owner alerted them to another dog’s sudden death.
Harris Hounds took to its Facebook page earlier on Saturday to make an urgent post about Horsham fields, which sits within the Plymstock Albion Oaks ground in Staddiscombe.
They wrote: “Please avoid Horsham Fields, Plymstock. We have just had a call from our Lowena’s owner to say that she was playing up there Thursday morning (May 29) with another dog, both of which suddenly became very unwell.
