Curriculum overhaul welcomed

A MAJOR overhaul of England's curriculum and assessment system has been unveiled, aiming to better support pu| with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and disadvantaged backgrounds.

The long-awaited Curriculum and Assessment Review, published this week, is described as the most significant reform in over a decade and is expected to shape the future of teaching and learning for years to come. While the review found the current curriculum works well for ighlights the need to ensure it is more inclusive of students with diverse needs.
